Vision 365 Warehouse Management runs every warehouse movement on barcodes — from the truck at the gate to the delivery note. Locations, bins, batches and certificates are tracked in real time, so sales and purchasing always see the stock that is really there.

The module is part of the Vision 365 ERP and connects with purchase orders, entry reception notes, sales orders, deliveries and invoicing, giving full traceability from supplier to customer.

Receiving and put-away on the scanner

Goods are received against the purchase order: every package is scanned, labelled and linked to its quality certificate, and differences in quantity or condition are reported to the supplier on the spot. Put-away suggests the bay and reserves stock for waiting customer orders.

  • ‌Reception against the purchase order
  • ‌Labels and certificates per package
  • ‌Missing or damaged items reported on the spot
  • ‌Suggested bay for put-away
  • ‌Stock reserved for waiting orders
  • ‌Entry reception note generated automatically

Locations, bins and stock you can trust

The warehouse is mapped into zones, aisles and bins with capacity rules. Every movement is scanned, so stock per item, batch and location is always current, and the occupancy view shows where space is running out.

  • ‌Zones, aisles and bins with capacity
  • ‌Stock per item, batch and location
  • ‌Occupancy heatmap per zone
  • ‌Reserved and available stock
  • ‌Minimum levels and replenishment
  • ‌Full movement history per item

Picking, loading and delivery notes

Sales orders release picking lists grouped by loading order. Operators pick with a handheld scanner, confirm quantities per bin and load the truck; the delivery note is generated from what was actually loaded.

  • ‌Picking lists per order or loading order
  • ‌Scanner-guided picking by bin
  • ‌Partial picks recorded with reason
  • ‌Loading confirmation per vehicle
  • ‌Delivery note generated from the load
  • ‌Reservations released automatically

Cycle counts without stopping the warehouse

Counts are planned by zone, bin or item class and run during normal operations. Counters scan bins and quantities, differences are reviewed and approved, and stock is adjusted with a full audit trail.

  • ‌Cycle counts by zone, bin or item class
  • ‌Counting on the handheld scanner
  • ‌Recount for differences above tolerance
  • ‌Approval of stock adjustments
  • ‌Audit trail for every count
  • ‌Count accuracy by zone over time
